So. I just managed to get ahold of Dikter by Frans G Bengtsson. Dikter being the Swedish word for poems, and Frans G Bengtsson being one of the most skilled Swedish writers there has ever been. It's good stuff! The book is printed 1950, it looks good, smells good, and ooooo the writing! It's beautiful, I've just skimmed trough it abit but it's just so delicious! It's clever, beautiful, and really rather interesting with lots of myths, legends, and half forgotten names and battles, probably hidden away on some library shelf or in one of the internets nooks and crannies. This is real writing. Quite yummy. And I got it cheap to. Way nice. Just sad so few in this world speaks Swedish. There's not many reasons to learn the language, but Frans G Bengtsson definetely is one of them.
